If we find that you have a case and you choose to retain Motivus Law to represent you in your immigration matter, your initial consultation fee will be applied against our fees.

In accordance with law society regulations and in order to make sure we have a clear picture of your circumstances, we will send you an intake questionnaire. Please make sure to fill it out prior to our meeting.
